It's a very good place.for having a hot café when the city ia cold and windy. Unfortunately North American coffee style is weak and poor in taste, but this is the way they like it. For me, it is purely water. The best part is the donuts and muffins.

Not happy with the service. The employee made mistakes with our order and seems do not understand our requirements. We asked and paid for three combos and he served them incomplete. The manager had to be involved, and after sometime, we got the order.

the staff were friendly but not well trained. We went in the morning for some brunch and they didnt really know where anything was really. The lines were getting long too. But what we ordered were tasty! This was the only Tim Hortons I visited whilst in Canada.

I'm not one to judge but having an employee smoke a joint right next to the entrance then enter a few minutes later and return to work, doesn't seem like the best business model. Coffee was ok.

The service was quite slow and the staff seemed very confused with everyone's orders. The manager brought our order to our table and was very apologetic, which we appreciated.

The cafe area was a mess and only trays were picked up and cleaned. The coffee as always was wonderful and the servers were willing to try to speak English to us when they discovered how little French we could speak and were very kind.

Food is prepared quickly but if you are using the Tim Hortons app, this place is still getting used to it. Make sure the staff are aware of your order..... all of it.

Unfortunately the tummies was understaffed. Not that there was not to be 4 people working that night. Only 2 were so it made for a challenging event for the employees. Kudos for doing what you could. Only reason for the 3 stars is that the employees where trying to go too fast and forgetting orders or mixing them up .
